I'm getting ready to "professional" my portfolio because at the moment, I'm using my flickr account as a make-shift reference and it's in un-branded disarray. It's driving me nuts.
Here are some of the prototypes I've been experimenting with. Any votes?
the 1st one seems a bit obvious and safe IMO. I see what youre trying to say, but by the time it gets across, it's like meh. Because it's a round logo, the space betwee the circle and "creative" creates an uneasy tension. The second one I feel has the most potential. It's clean, and I can see you making it a bit more abstract than that. I see road lines, part of a music note, a leaf/flower stem. The last one feels like youre trying to make it look like the universal on/off symbol. If youre really into electronics, then that'd be super sweet. hope that helps

the third is the best.
I agree. the third one is cool. dude, you've got some really great stuff. God certainly has blessed you with some awesome creativity!
Thanks guys I appreciate it
2 or 3rd. Leaning more towards 3rd. Very nice!
I'm kind of over the 4th one already. I'm leaning toward 1 or 2 and I only like 3 because it shares the font of my blog brand. Complicated.
1st one is the best. clever and memorable. good graphic mark.

I think the first looks like a pack man, and the last an on off button
